How to proceed for participation in the sale?

To participate in our sale as a seller you will have to register in our mailing list here, and choose La Leche League > Sale > Seller / Vendeur / Verkäufer Information. Everyone in that list  will receive an email with a registration form via the mailing list a few weeks before the sale. You fill out the form readable, sign, scan or photograph it and send it back to us in response to the email. The vacant seats for sale are awarded in the order of the completed forms received. In 5 days, you will receive either your seller code or a cancellation.

When is it possible to bring my items?

You can bring your items, labelled and according the sale conditions, to the Centre culturel de Munsbach,185, rue Principale L-5366 Munsbach, from 9.30AM to 1PM, Friday before the sale. You are kindly requested to arrange your items on the sales table assigned to you. Otherwise we can't accept them for this sale and they are considered as a donation without you being informed!

Where should I bring my items?

You can bring your items, labelled and according the sale conditions, to the Centre culturel de Munsbach,185, rue Principale L-5366 Munsbach, from 9.30AM to 1PM.

What happens to the non sold items?

Sellers have to pick up their non sold items on Saturday at 3PM.

What is my percentage of the sold items?

You will receive 50% of the selling price of clothes, toys and kids books. Please write the price and your seller-ID readable on the labels to make sure the organizer can assign you items.

When do I get my money?

Normally the money is transferred to your bank account within 28 days after the sale. The delay of arrival on your account depends on your bank.

What happens with the rest of the money?

The organizer's provision is used to finance the continuing education of our leaders who all work voluntarily. That way we can assure they are up to date with the latest research on breastfeeding to help young mothers in an adequate manner.

May I sell shoes?

Yes, we accept baby and children's shoes up to size 35. But they have to be in very good condition and the prize should be low.

What about underwear?

We accept bodies up to size 12 months. Bigger sized underwear like bigger bodies, shirts, briefs, socks and tights are not accepted.

Which items are accepted?

You can sell clothes in good condition for babies and kids up to size 152 (12 years), shoes as new up to size 35, toys, potties, blankets, sleeping bags, bath stuff and toys. Excluded from the sale are electrical equipment, pacifiers, bottles,car seats, strollers and beds, parcs, baby changing tables and other furniture or maternity clothes.

What happens to articles that are not labeled correctly?

All articles that don’t correspond to the conditions will are put aside and you can pick them up with yourunsold items. This rule applies for two or more piece sets of clothes, that the organizer needs to sew together, and boxes with jigsaws or games that the organizer needs to pack up securely by himself.

Unfortunately, we are forced by repeated non-respect of the sales conditions (dirty or broken clothes or other items, items that we do not accept according to sales conditions ...) of some sellers to keep a blacklist of sellers that we can no longer allow for sale.

Where can I get labels?

You can make your own labels. You may use pieces of old cardboard that you can staple on the clothing labels (Attention: staples may easily get lost), sew, or tie on the clothes. To mark down your toys, please use sticky labels.

Are electric breastpumps accepted?

No, in general electrical appliances are not accepted, as the organizer can not guarantee that the articles will work properly.

Up to what size do you accept children clothes?

We accept clothes for babies and children up to size 152, corresponding 12 years.

How do I pack puzzle and games?

Please verify the game or puzzle is complete. Then close the boxes with tape or wrap them into cling film, so that they cannot be open and pieces getting lost.

What should I do with sets of clothes of more pieces?

Sets of clothes of severel pieces have to be sewn together to ensure that no parts will be lost. Please mark the number of pieces on the label.

I would like to be informed about the next sale.

If you want to be informed about the next sale, please register to the list "La Leche League > Sale > Visitor Information" in our Newsmailer. If you are interested in selling, please register to "La Leche League > Sale > Seller / Vendeur / Verkäufer Information". You can change or delete your enrollment yourself at any moment.

What about donations?

If you want to donate some items, please be careful that they correspond to the general sale conditions too. Until two weeks before the sale you can leave your donation with one of our volunteer leaders, in Schuttrange (<http://www.lalecheleague.lu/index.php?include=email&?q=J3YMWzJtbmxIeCVLJ08PXwBrOXgAZGNjMEYYQXRlS3gGME4zZA-3D-3D_37>)

This volunteer mother will have a look at your items, label them and bring them to the sale.
